2. Clean clothes and gym clothes every day. Avoid the same gym shirt as it has oil and bacteria on it
3. Clean sheets. Change your sheets a couple times a wk and don't sleep on the same pillow case more than once if you have it on your face. I use one side of the pillow on one night. Then flip the next night. Then change it the 3rd day
4. drink more water
5. Antibiotics. Acne is an infection of the skin You can have a culture taken and find out what antibiotic is best for you. This is a short term sollution to get your skin infection under control.
6. Accutane from your Dr. If needed, this will work for everyone but the side effects are rough. It is a strong drug, but the only real "cure" for acne. After a good course, you may never see ance again
