    chest roundness

Hey man. Hows it going. My? Is about rounding the chest. I have a pretty good natural shape even before i ever worked out. And actually now with a couple years of training its all muscle and no fat and not as rounded (though bigger) more noticeable when i flex. I have that corner cut out in the low center if you know what i mean. I see alot of guys even bb's with this. The article on naps news right now made me think off this. I would never get implants. Was wondering what the best exercise is to best round this out naturally i typically do flat, decline, incline presses and some variation of fly on every chest day. Thanks man.

Unfortunately, we can't change muscle shape. The only thing we can do is make a muscle bigger. Some guys have great bicep peaks while others have flat blocky arms. If a guy with good peaks grows his arms, they will be even "peakier" while the guy with blocky arms will have larger blocky arms. This being said, rep range can play a little roll in creating the best shape your body will allow. Going into the higher rep range, 12 to 14, even 16 to 20 reps, can maximize your muscle's genetic shape. Also, time makes a difference. The longer you train, the more mature your muscle gets and the better it tends to look.
