    Cutting from 13% to 8%

First off I would just like to say I really like this q&a section. Right now I'm looking to get from 13% bf to 8% while keeping or gaining some lean mass. I have never done a cycle, but got to a really decent 12% bf until October. I dieted for a year to get there. Now I seem to be unable to lose bf without it costing muscle as well. Pretty much a lb for lb trade now. I have var, win, tren ace, test prop, test e, equi, masteron, on hand. Also have Clen and t3. I have ana, Leto, nolva, hcg, and caber on hand as well. I'm 5'10" 195 28 yo. Any advice on how I could used what I have to get shredded? I would like to avoid weighing much over 200, not wanting to get much bigger. Thanks

Hey bro, Glad you're enjoying the QA. I'm glad to be here. We can both thank Naps for putting this together :)

A lot of guys think that they are losing muscle while dieting down. If you keep your protein up, you aren't going to lose muscle at 13%. Maybe if you're trying to get from 6% to 4%, there would be a higher chance of muscle You have to grind a lot harder at that point, but at 13%, you can still eat so much food and lose fat. When I hear guys saying that they are losing muscle in situations like this, I think its more so that they are losing fullness. When you get more carbs in your off season, glycogen is higher, keeping your muscle full and round. When you start dieting, the first thing that happens is glycogen gets lower and the muscle looks less round. This is temporary. When you have a cheat meal or increase the carbs, you will fill back out.

So if you really are losing muscle, look at your protein intake. At 195 lbs, I would shoot for 300g and then adjust your fats and carbs to lose fat. For most of your diet, the protein should remain close to the same. If you find that you are getting too flat, but losing fat, try to play with the carbs or fats to get a little fuller. It takes a trained eye and experience to know what you need, when. With time, you'll figure your body out. Or you can hire a coach, like myself, Next Level Nutrition. Just make sure that if you hire someone, you trust them and that they know what they're doing.

Now lets take it a step further. Add gear and the chance that you lose muscle is even less. You can diet harder on gear, push further and still retain muscle, possibly even grow, if you have your macro's dialed in. Since this is your first cycle, I would stay away from prop and tren. Save them for your next run. They aren't ideal for a first time user. You have enough products for 2 cycles, so I will write both of them for you. Get used to doing injections first on the test e cycle, and see how you do dieting on gear. Something like this would work very well.

    1-12

    Test e 500mg EW

    EQ 400mg EW

Letro 1.25mg 2x wk, or more if needed. I prefer adex at .5mg EOD for a cycle like this. Letro is much less forgiving and can quickly lower estrogen too low

    7-12

    Winstrol 50mg ED

Then PCT starts a couple wks after last shot. Nolvadex 40mg ED for 1 wk, then 2 wks at 20mg

Then about 12-14 wks later :

    Cycle 2 :

This one is going to be harder logiscially as you will have to do EOD injects. Prop and tren can be more painful so make sure on the first cycle, that you get used to using different injection sites, quads, glutes, and delts should be enough. Only use each site about 1x wk.

    1-10

    Prop 1cc EOD

    HCG 250iu 2x wk

    3-10

    Adex .5mg EOD

Tren, start at 50mg EOD and if comfortable after 3 wks, increase to 100mg EOD

    Mast 100mg EOD

    6-10

    Anavar 50mg ED

PCT Start about 5 days after last shot. If nolvadex worked well, use it again, the same as above. If you would like to try clomid, 100mg ED for 1 wk, Then 2 wks at 50mg ED
