Both are good compounds. For lean mass, I would go with EQ. Then when you're ready to diet down, maybe give the 1TC a try. 1 TC is a great drug and to me, it's similar to EQ, but the results are drier. Also, I feel that it takes longer to see an effect from 1TC. The higher the dose, the faster I see it kick in. So when you do run it, I would push a little higher, like 600mg EW and run it for 16 wks, through an entire diet. If you compete or plan to compete, 1TC can be ran right into a show, vs EQ I would ususally cut out about 4-6 wks,
