I have a couple of questions and some thoughts. First, it would help to know if you figured out what this injury was and if you had it repaired. If it was a tendonitis and you are feeling no pain now, you are probably good to go. But it was a torn tendon that wasn't repaired, you may have problems. Remember that gear is going to make you really strong. Tren is only going to incresase that stregth. So make sure that you can handle lifting hard and heavy before you go back on a cycle like this. I wouldn't push too hard, too fast, but if you feel like you are able to press again with max effort, you will be more likely be able to handle the weight.
You may need to lean how to train differently. I've gotten to a point that I am "too" strong on shoulder press. If I start my workout with shoulder press, I have to use so much weight that I'm afraid that I'm going to hurt myself one day haha. So instread, I put presses at the end of the routine. This way, i have alrady worn the muscle out and can deal with a weight that isn't quite as scary. As we get older, we need to learn to train smarter and all of us eventually need to learn how to work around injury
