The difference between NPP and Deca is the ester. Ester determines how fast the drug releases into your body. The half life of Deca is about 2 wks, where as the half life of NPP is about 3 or 4 days. You'll find that a major benefit to short esters is that stay begin working much faster but to keep your blood levels stable, you need to inject NPP more often. EOD is a good schedule. 75-100mg is good. Considering that you did well with 250mg Deca EW, 75mg EOD NPP would be fine. If you get 6 wks in and feel liek you'd like to take it higher, then go to 100mg from there.
As for carber, you'll find that with NPP, the short ester does not build up as high in your blood, so you may be fine, but if needed, dosing would be .5mg 2x wk
Have a great cycle, buddy!
