    I am about to start a cycle of test-c and eq. I'm a 49 year old man. How much do you recommend I take? and can I take them together or must it be separately? What pct do you recommend for when I'm done? How do you feel about me incorporating anavar also? This is approx. my 3rd cycle. I have done two other cycles of test. Thanks!

    Dosing is based off of expereince, but assuming you have been using about 500mg test in the past, I'd dose this cycle around 500mg test, 400-500mg EQ. I don't see any issues with adding var to the plan. about 50mg ED would look good, for the last 6-8 wks. Good anabolic with few side effects. Here's how i'd set it up. Note that with EQ, you'll get the most out of it running for 16 wks, but you can run it shorter, 12 wks if you like. 

     

    1-16

    Test Cyp 500mg EW

    EQ 4-500mg EW

    Adex .5mg 2x wk to EOD

    9-16

    Var 50mg ED

     

    If you are not on HRT, PCT would start about 3 wks after last shot. If you like, you can run the cyp for an additional wk (17 wks) then, start PCT 2 wks after last shot. EQ half life is longer, so you need to be off EQ for 3 wks for it to clear
