If you get your diet right, you can maintain a good amount of muscel, probably more than people think, through diet and training. On gear, you'll always be harder and better looking than off gear, but you can do well! Word of warning, once you go on and see the results you can get, you'll probably always want more. I don't know anyone that has run a couple of cycles and then stopped. Its that good.
Everyones recovery is different. If you do PCT, you'll be doing everything you can. There is no guarantee that you'll recover but this is the best insurance. Here is what I would suggest :
On cycle, run HCG 250iu 2x wk through cycle, then 2 wks after last shot, stop HCG and begin clomid at 100mg ed for 1 wk. Then 2 more wks at 50mg ED. Then take the same amount of time off that you were on. Follow that up with labs before you start again and you will have done everything you can to stay as safe as possible
