Hey bro, lets start with diet because this is going to be the key to making any gains. Believe it or not, I worked with a guy that was about 5'4 and he gained about 25 lbs on 1cc test EW. After water loss, he managed to keep about 1/2 of it. I don't think he could have done much better, even running more gear. So it goes to show, diet diet diet! I know a lot of guys that have a hard time eating. I'm one of them. Off season is a chore for me. The key for me, is making sure that much of my diet is clean, so that the foods digest fast and leave me wanting more sooner. I'll also use fast acting carbs like fruit at certain points to create insulin spikes that leave me hungrier later.
So, on to gear. The cycle I suggest to most newer guys that are looking to make some good gains.

Test Cyp or Test E 500mg EW
adex .5mg EOD to 2x wk as needed

An oral kick start. Dbol at 30mg is good. Some find orals effect appetite, so if you have an appetite pronlem with it, you might want to back the dose down. Can't gain if you can't eat!
