personally, after i've gained new muscle and have come off or greatly reduced aas useage, thekey for me has been continuing to pound the food that got me bigger to begin with. once you no longer have the additional hormonal support, it's important to give your body the best nutritional environment you can to hold on to your gains. your body will quickly want to revert back to what it was used to before the cycle. the problem here can be storing additional fat. no matter what, it's going to happen, but you can keep an eye on your fat gain and reduce carbs where needed. i wouldn't cut anything out quickly, instead, i would slowly pull carbs and possibly replace those calories with fats. if my goal was to keep bulking, i would try to contine on this high intake diet, eating enough to continue to grow, now of course, at a slower pace.
another angle is peptides. igf, gh and the secretagogue, ghrp's, hex, ect. these peptides will not effect your recovery but will help to keep you anabolic and especially in the case of igf, stay full and get great pumps.
