Really, you could use prop or sust. It depends on your goals. Sust will make you hold a little more fluid, but since it looks like you're dieting, I'm sure you'll be using an AI to control estrogen to help with looking tight and help with fat loss. Personally, I would start with the sust. That way, it'll kick in faster than the test e and you can use it to help make some muscle gains during the early part of the diet. Then switch to prop for the second half to help with a leaner, tighter look, as your cals get lower and your focus shifts more to just fat loss and maintaining muscle.
