Every prep and every person is different. There are so many factors between minerals, water intake, food, gear, estrogen, how much fat the person has left, if they are flat or full. If they need to make a weight class. Plus, there are a select few secrets that I only share with my clients.
My suggestion is to get lean enough so that you don't have to make any crazy changes.
