Not dumb questions at all, bro. As far as the amount of AA to mix, it all depends on what you're comfortable measuring. Personally, I'd prefer a little more water vs a little less. The more there is, the easier it is to measure. with a 100mcg vial, you wont need to go crazy, but if you mix in 1cc and plan to do 25mcg shots, thats 25 clicks on the slin pin. easy to measure without going over or under. And personally, thats about the dose I'd suggest. 25mcg will allow you to continue running it for an extended period without causing desensitization like 75 or 100mcg would. I would take it every day. On training days, I would take it either right before or right after you train. On nontraining days, I would take it about the same time of day. I would go for about 8 wks on this dose and then take 2-3 wks off, then go back on.
As for brands, Naps has good products. Of course the Hyge brand is probably the best...maybe the best there is available to us BBers. I woiuld be very careful if you are considering the reseach sites. some of them can be ok. Others can be hit or miss. Some are down right garbage.
