Hi,I really appreciate this service here. Great info source!I'm beginning with Muay Thai training again after some injury. We have to do a lot of cardio and sparring. Therefore I'm loosing a lot of muscle mass. Most of the top Muay Thai fighters don't look very jacked. However there is one fighter who still looks quite muscular (for a fighter in his weight class, of course for a bodybuilder its nothing): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sr1tUxnn5ogNow I'm asking myself how is he able to maintain his muscle mass despite all that cardio? Can you recommend some fighter cycle? Maybe low dose of test e along with winny? I dont have experience with this stuff, just trying to get reliable infos from a Pro before doing something completely wrong.Thx!

That fella reminds me of a Bruce Lee type build. He really doesn't ahve much muscle. My guess is, it's his genetics that allow him to look the way he does. Once in awhile, I see some young guy walking down the street that obvoiusly doesnt even lift weights, probably doesn't even watch what he eats, yet he has round delts and abs. The only thing he probably does is play basketball with his friends. 100% genetic and with a couple of months of eating right, he could probably get on stage in a Mens Physique show and beat some guys thave have been busting their asses. Just the way it goes haha. This doesn't mean that you can't get the same look. Its just going to take more work. Diet is going to be the key to get you through your training without wasting away, yet burning enough to get/stay lean.

If you want to run a cycle, you'll want to be careful with test. Test can give you a good amount of water retention, which can cause you to pump and cramp. If you do, keep the dose very low and use an AI. As for winny, it seems like every time a track athlete or fighter gets caught, it's on winny. I think this is because it is very common and easy to get. It wont make you gain water weight, which is a benefit for a fighter, but I would never suggest it for these types of situations as it can really dry the joints out and cause injury and pain.

My suggestion would be to start out with anavar around 30mg ED. See how that works for 6-8 wks.  If you like, you can use a little test with it. I would set it up like this

    1-8

Test e 250mg EW, split into 2 shots

    anavar 30mg ED

    adex .5mg EOD

PCT starts 2 wks after last shot
