    Long Heavy Cycle Plan

Is it possible to run a long heavy AAS cycle successfully ?

I was thinking about cutting some serious weight that I gained from a shoulder

injury with a typical cutting cycle:

    >Winny 75mgs everyday (first six weeks)
    >test e 600mgs weekly (first 2-4 months)
    >deca 400mgs weekly (first 2-4 months)
    >clen/t3 typical moderate doses cycled on/off (for the first 2-4 months)

Once I reach my desired bodyfat percentage (10%-12%), I wanted to stay on cycle and

bulk up reasonably lean and fill out real nice with test at 1000mgs weekly and deca

at 600mgs weekly for about 5-7 months . I want to gain about 60-80lbs .

I'm a 24 yr old seasoned lifter with 3 cycles under my belt and I was looking to

take my 5'10" 210lb 25% bf frame get to 240-250lbs at 10%-12% bf in about a year .I

know its a bit lofty however I'm extremely stubborn (especially with

cutting/dieting/cardio), have a kick ass personal trainer , I gain weight (both

lean and sloppy) extremely easy , and have all the gear and ancillaires on hand .

-Thanks for weighing in buddy, I really appreciate it .

not so fond of running winny as you get back into heavy lifting after having recovered from an injury. if anything, winny tends to create a deficit in joint health. for me. the question is always "how long can i take this before it becomes a problem?". 4 wks? 6? 8? it dries out your connective tissue and eventually can/will lead to painful scraping joint pain. not to mention, it doesn't really aid in fat loss. more so, it tends to dry and harden the muscle, so if you are already lean, the appearance of the muscle will improve while you are on it. its more of a temp. cosmetic effect than a lasting change in quality.

i feel you'd be better off focusing on lean quality gains over the long run. you can slowly reduce fat and add muscle, as you transform your physique. i understand you want to reach a goal and you sound very inspiried to do so, but your body will only grow as fast as it will allow, you cant get around that, no matter how badly you want it or how hard you try to force it. i wouldn't focus on a number as much as i would focus on making all the right decissions every day, doing everything right for today and adjusting your plan as you go, not getting too wrapped up in tomorrow.. your body may grow to the weight you want. it may not. one thing is for certain, you will be as close to reaching your goal as humanly possible. i say this because when i see guys get hung up on a number, they tend to sacrifice quality in favor for a number on the scale. remember, our sport is one of illusions. people generally assume i'm 20-30 lbs heavier than i actually am.

about deca/test for 5 months...just watch yourself. over time, the same gear at the same dose becomes less effective. if you are going to go on that long, which is quite a long and heavy cycle, you may way to consider changing compounds every couple of months. if you really wan to stay on for half a year, i think that you could grow new muscle while reducing body fat and slowly move yourself into quality shape without ever having to go too extreme in either direction. if you keep your food clean and at higher amounts, you should be able to add muscle(especially in your situaton, recovering from injury) while you chip away at the fat. in the end, you can end up lean and with much more muscle without having to do yet another extreme cutting cycle to lose fat gained on an all out mad bulk to reach a number on the scale. remember that we're in a marathon here. the guy who stays consistent the longest wins!!
