Ok, there are different kinds of "needs" for adex. It sounds like you are saying you don't need adex to keep from getting gyno. But just because you haven't had gyno doesn't mean your estrogen is in normal range. The only way to know if your E is high is to have labs taken. But you can rest assured that it would probably be a good idea, especially if you want to work on some fat loss. I'd go with .5mg EOD. 

For your HCG, run it before PCT 250iu 2x wk through cycle and then come off a few days before PCT starts. Once you have let your gear clear, Nolva will be ok, but personally I've been promoting the use of Clomid more and more. I find guys seem to do good with it, unless they suffer from clomid related emotional sides
