OK, there is quite a lot going on here that I want to address. First off, lets talk about diet. If you are eating 3 times a day and are 15% body fat, you are not an extreme ecto. You may have ectomorphic tendencies, but if you were an extreme ecto, you would probably be in the single digit body fat levels without trying. Most people aren't just an ecto or just a meso. They are a mix between the different body types. If you want to make gains on cycle, you need to learn how to eat like an athlete. This is where the hard work comes in. Its not just about sticking yourself with a needle, hammering out some iron and eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to make gains that you can hold on to AFTER the cycle, as well as lose some fat in the process, you need to eat more often. 6 meals is pretty standard. spread them out every 2-3 hours. This will require some planning ahead and it will require creativity when you travel. If you do it right about 85% of the time, you can make some decent progess and gain some new muscle that you can hold on to after your cycle is done. Protein should be the key food that each meal is built around. I've gone into diet a lot deeper on other questions, so thumb through the Q/A and you'll find all the info you need, if you want to make this work.
Next, and maybe I should have addressed this first...I am not going to judge you here, but not telling your wife could lead to some issues down the road. Maybe its a longer term project, getting her to accept the idea, but really, I've seen things go badly for guys when they deceive their wife about gear. Of course, it all depends on the girl. Some will hold it over your head and blame every bad day you have on "roid rage", but other gals can be very understanding. My first suggestion is to sit her down in front of the TV and watch Bigger, Stronger, Faster with her. Whatever the case, you don't want her to get in your way of taking this as far as you'd like. The idea of "not to blow up up so much that my wife starts questioning" doesn't make sense to me. The purpose of running steroids is to blow up and blow up big. Especially an injectable test cycle. I equate this to hooking up a nitrous tank in your car, but only driving 15km/hr. If you dont want to tell her and you dont want to get big, maybe another direction might be better for you. Anavar is a great oral. Its good for strength, side effects are low and size gains aren't huge, but you will gain some muscle on the right diet and you will be able to maintain them. If you were to run 50mg ED for 8 wks, you could have a lot of fun, leaning up, growing a little, and getting a hell of a lot stronger. Either way, test or anavar, PCt would consist of nolvadex, 40mg for one wk, followed by 2 wks of 20mg. For the test, Pct starts 2 wks after last injection. For anavar, PCT starts the day after your last pill.
