This is an interesting question. There are a few routes to go. First I would make sure that your water retention is under control. Make sure you get plenty of fluid and maintain a lower sodium diet, as gear can make you very sensitive to salt and minerals. If it is due to water retention, taking an AI will help to dry you out and lower BP.  Sometimes BP goes up even when extra water retention isn't present, like in the case of tren. In this case, you may want to look into an actual BP med, that has low side effects. I would stay awua from beta blockers as they can have some wicked side effects, such as making it hard to get your heart rate high, when you want to exercise or do cardio. I prefer a calcium channel blocker like norvasc, which can be dosed as low as 5mg. I'd see if that were enough and then go to 10mg if needed. This is an option or you could look into cialis to lower BP. I'm currently using 15mg ED and it is working well...with some great side effects
