Hey bro, you are exactly right! I am going to tell you to get a new Dr, haha. If you are at 295 lbs, and assuming over weight, this is going to take some time to get into shape. You can do it, but it isn't going to happen in a 12 wk cycle. If your test is low, you're going to have a much harder time losing the fat so what I think would work well for you, if you are willing to commit to long term test replacement, would be to start out on 1cc test e, broken down in to 2 shots a wk. I would also use adex to keep the estrogen down to help with side effects and fat loss. I would also get some labs done every 8 wks or so, to make sure that your cholesterol and organ function is good. You'll want to stay on a small dose life long as long as health is good.

Rememer that once you start on this HRT plan, its a life long commitment. If you have low test, you really need it anyway. After you get your diet in order too. Thats where the changes will come. If you don't change that, you can shoot all the gear you want and it wont make a difference. I'd suggest going 8 wks on just 250mg Test E EW and .5mg adex EOD. Get the diet, training and cardio sorted. Lose as much fat as you can in this time. I would expect 20 lbs or more. Then consider running the gear a little more intense, ramping up and adding another compound as well as fat burner for 8 wks. After that, ramping back down to 250mg and stay there.

Like I said. DIET DIET DIET. Get that in order as you get on your HRT plan. You can reverse type 2, so catch it now before you end up in more trouble
