Hi thanks for all your advice. I am 50 years old and doing my first cycle I have been working out for about 35 yrs. I had my test levels checked before my cycle and they were around 290 and my Dr said that was within normal range and I could not get TRT Are there other places to check I am also a roofing foreman so my job is demanding to. Do my test levels seam low Thanks

Yes test levels are pretty low. If you run a cycle, there is a good chance that you will have a harder time recovering. You might not even reach the 290ng/dl that you currently are at. But hey, that might not be a bad thing, if its enough of a difference to get your Dr to put you on TRT. Overall, your quality of life will probably be improved, and your gains/fat loss in the gym will probably be better, if you can keep your test in the 800ng/dl range. I beleive that "normal" is between 300-1200, so you should qualify now
