    Hello and thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I'm 37, 6' 200lbs. I've been working out for years (mainly running and isolation lifting) but finally changed over to compund lifts last year. My squat is 325, my deadlift is 495, my strict overhead press is 160 and my bench is 215 for a couple of reps. My diet is good and I get 2600 cals a day with 200g of protein. I'm 19% bodyfat.
    For my progress through weight gaining, I was 155lbs from high school until around 26. From 26 to about 32 I was 175 and then went to around 200 in the past 5 years.

    Here's what I would like to try:
    Week 1-4: DBOL, 35mg, split up 3 times a day
    LIV 52 6 times a day a week before and throughout the cycle
    Milk Thistle 4 times a day a week before and throughout the cycle
    Week 1-12: Test E, 300mg on Monday and Thursday
    Week 1-17 aromasin 12.5mg every day
    Week 1-14 HcG 250iu every Monday and Thursday (I would run the HcG all the way up until 5 days before PCT)

    For the PCT
    Week 15-16 Clomid 50mg once a day and Nolva 40mg once a day
    Week 17-18 Clomid 25mg once a day and Nolva 20mg once a day

    My question is, how does this cycle look? Is there something that I can do better?

    During this cycle, I'll add in 1000 more calories and up my protein to 250 to help with the muscle and strength gains. I've never taken any steriods in the past and I'm in great health. I eat right and take Orange Triad vitamins, 6000iu's of Vitamin D and fish oil supplements and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

    I had some lab work done recently and here are the numbers:
    LH = 4.1 Ref (1.5-9.3 mIU/mL)
    FSH = 3.9 Ref (1.6-8.0 mIU/mL)
    Prolactin = 11.6 Ref (2.0-18.0 ng/mL)
    Estradiol = 23 Ref (< or = 39pg/mL)
    Testosterone, Total, Males = 290 Ref (241-827 ng/dL)

    The test is a bit low and I spoke to my doctor about it. 6 weeks before I had my levels checked, I followed some stupid advice and went on a 16 day "Master Cleanse" fasting diet. I was trying to lose my body fat and ended up losing weight, but muscle too on this starvation diet. The doc thinks that's why my levels are so low, especially since I don't have the Low T symptoms.

    your test is low. it wouldnt hurt to have it checked again before you go on so that you have a good baseline understanding of where you're naturally at. after you cycle, you'll never know if you've reached full recovery without knowing what that numer is. the fad diet may have effected your levels...maybe not. only one way to tell. your cycle looks good. make sure you practice proper sterile technique and there are many guides with pics online to show you how to properly inject. only one change in would make with your cycle is to plan to back the hcg and clomid up to begin pct 2 wks after your last injection. for liv 52, just take the regular daily dose and for milk thistle, take 1000mg ed. split it up however you want. you dont need to take it several times a day if its a hastle. 


    for your protein, on or off cycle, you should be getting 1.5g to 2g of protein per lb of lean mass of the weight you are trying to acheive. i didnt do the math but i'm sure you should be getting more than 250g a day. take your daily protein and split it up into meals eaten every 2-3 hours. it's not easy but if you want to grow, this is what you'll do. get most of it from solid foods. its hard. believe me i know. i consume close to 500g a day.
