The amount of gear you're using is comparable to that of a pro. Unless you are huge and ripped, which if you were, I dont think you'd be asking this question, something is wrong outside of your hormone program. You might need some time off. These are some heavy doses and can cause MAJOR issues to your liver and heart. At these doses, you need to keep on top of your blood work to ale sure you are safe. Plus, you may uncover any medical issues, like thyroid problems, that may be effecting your ability to gain.
My first thought is diet. Even if you were clean, you would make gains (although slower), if you were eating enough food. I wish you had laid your diet out, as I could better assist you, but flat out, you probably need more food. If you are eating 5000 cals and are not growing, start working towards 6000. If you are eating 6000 cals and not growing,, start workng towards 7000 cals. Add in more carbs and protein. Make sure you are getting at least 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Get at least 80% of that from solid foods.
If you do these things and are still not making gains, you need time off. We can only puh outselves so far before we need a break.
