    I think your forum here is great idea. I’m 66yr male/178 and using HGH Hyge from Naps. I’m currently using 3IU per day in morning but thinking of breaking it up in two doses one in morning and one before workout. If I sure 4IU and can tell greater effect. I don’t know about cycling of the HGH. I go off HGH due to supply issues for periods of 2-6 weeks. I love aerobics but want and need to build muscle at my age. I’ve experimented with using HGH Frag 176-191 to cut body fat and gain muscle. I also tried PEG-MGF. I tried Sustanon 250 which initially was great for my sex drive, but I could really use some help on how to cycle on/off of it without “killing” my sex drive. I’m a novice about this and could use some direction.

    Hey brother, welcome to the Q/A and thanks for the kind words. You can thank Naps for the great idea of having me host this project. 

    It sounds like you have the peptides figured out. If you are taking 3iu or more than 3iu a day, I would split yout shots up, first thing in the AM and again before you train. 

    As for AAS, at your age, there is a good chance you qualify for HRT, a small weekly dose of test to keep your hormones level and in the normal range., It would be worth looking into. If you go that route, you could take HRT year round and always maintain good normal levels. Then if you wanted to ramp up a cycle, you would be fine. After you come off, yuou would go back to your therapy dose,
