    Considering my first cycle. What product would your recommend and why? What about Sustanon?

    I prefer a long acting, single ester test for a first cycle. That way, you can reduce injections and keep blood levels stable with only 2 shots a wk. Along with this, use an AI to keep estrogen controlled. If you would like to add an oral steroid for the first several wks to kick start your plan, that will move the cycle into gear quickly, but it is not 100% necessary. Here is how I'd lay it out

    1-12

    Test Cyp or Test E 500mg EW

    adex .5mg 2x wk to EOD as needed

    1-6 Dbol 30mg ED- Optional 

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after last shot. 100mg Clomid for 7 daus. Then 50mg ED for 2 more wks
