    Hi, first time cycle here. Was thinking of running sus250 at 300 mg per week for 12 weeks and gp methan 30 mg a day. Adex .5 mg eod until pct. what do you recommend for pct . Anything else you'd recommend

    This looks like a good first cycle. Split your shots into at least 2x wk. You should do well on it. For PCT, start 3 wks after last shot

    100mg clomid ED for 1 wk. Then 2 more wks at 50mg
