Sust is a multi ester test. Some of the esters will release quickly and within a short time (2-3 wks) you will begin to see some decent fluid retention and gains, but part of Sust is long acting and will be, for the most part, totally wasted, if you run it for 6 wks. If you are an experienced steroid user, you could use test prop for 6 wks, injected ED or EOD, at the very least. If you are new to steroids though, this would not be a wise choice. Prop injections can be very painful, especially for the new steroid user. If you are new to steroids, I would suggest using a single ester, long acting test, like test cyp, at 350-500mg EW for 10-12 wks. I would use a low dose of an AI such as adex or aromisin through the cycle and finish with PCT of nolvadex, starting 2 wks after the last injection. IMO, prov is ok for binding SHBG and keeping sex drive high on a cycle, as well as giving a slightly harder appearance, but I would not suggest it as a stand alone form of estrogen control.
