Only thing I'd say is, be sure to give yourself plenty of time before you go in to do labs with your Dr, if you are concerned about him knowing. There is a lot of info about half lifes of gear online, but this stuff doesn't always hold true. I've had lab results showing crazy high numbers when I would have calculated them being down around normal. Gear can hang around for a lot longer than I once thought! So if you go in for blood work every 3 months, I would go on for 8 wks as you have outlined and no longer, just to be safe. Not to mention, you want to give time for your E2 and everything else to go back to normal. If you have high BP, you should make sure you take care of that with a real pharm medication. There are lots of good ones out there that your Dr can help you with. As for cholesterol, take a high quality fish oil at 3g a day and make sure you get plenty of fiber in your diet. Cholesterol is going to get thrown out of wack on cycle, espeically on tren, but with time off, it will go back to normal.
As for tren in a first cycle...you're obviously going to do what you are going to do, but its more than just what you can tollerate. Its also a matter of getting the most out of the least. You have a very moderate dosed plan. I like seeing that. But just remember, get the most out of the least and leave yourself room to add more gear and more powerful gear, in future cycles when your body is no longer responding to lower doses or more mild compounds
