You could use cyp next time, instead of test e and possibly consider adding another injectable...something on the more mild side, like EQ. You could do a 12 wk plan and get some good results. EQ can be used for either cutting or bulking. Here is the lay out

Test Cyp 500mg EW

adex .5mg 2x wk to EOD as needed

EQ 400mg EW

PCT would start 2 wks after your last shot of test. Be sure to buy your PCT meds ahead of time, with your cycle> That way, if anything ever comes up, you can start PCT early if needed
