Hey bro, for starters, lets cut the ham sandwiches. Stick with your chicken and rice or use beef and rice. Or use sweet potato instead of rice. For meal 1, oats is good but you want to add in a protien. Protein should be the base of every meal. Its the single most important part of your diet. No matter what your goals every become, you want to keep your protein high. To start, I would go with 200g protein, then add in carbs and fats as needed to reach your goals. More for muslce gain. Less for fat loss. Shoot for 5-6 meals a day. If needed, use a high quality whey iso. On or off gear, follow this diet foundation as it will help you to gain muscle, lose fat and maintain your gains when off gear.
Being that you are new to gear, you may want to shy away from that cycle since it would require EOD shots. Steroid shots can be very painful when you are not used to them, even with high quality gear. You can use the same drugs with longer esters and get a very similar effect while only having to inject 2x wk. Here is how I would set it up
wk 1-12
Test E or Cyp 500mg EW, split into 2 shots a wk
adex .5mg 2x wk to EOD as needed
wk 3-12
Mast E, aka Mast 200, taking 400mg EW, split into 2 shots a wk, you can mix this with your test shots
Then of course, as I mentioned in your other question, be sure to do a PCT after your cycle. 2 wks after last shot, 100mg clomid for 7 days. Then 14 more days at 50mg
