Peps are never going to be as good as AAS, but if you can afford to run a long term plan, I'd go with GH. How much you use would be based off of how much you can afford to run. 2iu to start, 4-5iu would be a solid dose, if you can run that.
If you wanted to go another route, 200-300mcg GHRP2 and CJC No/DAC at 100mcg, 2-3x day.
Of course, IGF LR3 would work with either of these plans. 30mcg post workout for 3 wks, then 60mcg PWO for 3 wks. Then 3 wks off
