Bro, if you went from 215 to 242 in several months, I am certain that a lot of that is fat. You're NOT going to lose muscle for a long long time, as long as you keep your protein high. If you are getting around 300g protein in, and especially if you are using gear, you are not going to need to worrk about losing muscle until you get down to lower body fat. Get to 6-7% and then worry about losing muscle. Until them, you need to do some cardio and get the diet sorted. I'd start with about 300g protein and then how you adjust your fats and carbs would be based off of how you respond. Looks like right now, you aren't using carbs? Its hard to say if you need keto or not without seeing you and seeing how you respond to food. FOr your cardio, start with slow steady state cardio for 25 min, 5x wk post workout and see how that goes and don't be afraid to add more if needed

Guys get so worried about losing muscle, but man, you just need to let that go and switch your focus to grinding the fat off. If you're not willing to take risks, you'll never acheive a treuly shredded physique.
