Females can be tricky compared to men. Nothing like naturally high estrogen to mess up a perfectly good diet plan haha! In general, females have to work harder than males to get in shape. I'm going to guess it will take a different ratio of carbs/fats/protein, in order to get fat loss moving. Hard to say what she needs, as I would just be guessing without knowing more and seeing the current plan. That being said, more often, females need lower carbs than men.
Once you guys get this figured out, you can speed the process up with a fat burner. Im using Geneza clen right now. As always, it's working well. Just remember, you have to get the diet right first, in order for the plan to work.
