Regardless of issues of fat loss, it sounds like you do in fact have a prolactin issue that needs to be fixed ASAP. I would get your hands on some caber right away and begin dosing it at .5mg 2x wk. Also, prolactin has a harder time having an effect if estrogen is low, so for a quick fix, you might want to take some extra AI to reduce estrogen. If you go in to get labs done right away, you can figure out the exact numbers and have a better idea how far out of wack you are, but I have a feeling if you take these steps, you'll be feeling better.
As for high prolactin and fat loss, I have heard it is possible, but I have also seen guys that are progressing well, then go in for labs and find that prolactin was high. Your diet may have been where you needed it to be before, but if you aren't making progress now, I would suspect that it needs some adjustments
