For your first cycle, you do want to keep it simple. As I've mentioned before, you want to ideally stick with just test. You will make awesome gains on test alone, especially for your first go at it. Learn how it works in your body and see if you experience any side effects. From there, you can add deca to a future cycle, but I wouldn't suggest using more than one new compound per cycle, so you can understand how it works. If you take test/deca and begin experiencing side effects, you won't know which drug is causing the problem and treating side effects can be different for each steroid. The only thing I'd personally give the OK to, to add to your test cycle, is a low dose oral to kick start the first several wks. If you ran dbol at 25mg for the first 4-6 wks, you'll be able to see how it effects you long before the test kicks in. For your adex, I would start at around .5mg 2x wk and if needed, go up. You may need more while taking dbol than later when it's just test alone. As for your choice of Sust, be aware that Sust contains prop and can be a very painful shot. Most newer users do best with a long acting single ester test like test e or cyp. Same amount of gains, but the shots are less painful and since it has no short acting test in it, you may not see results for an additional wk or 2. In the long run though, the only real difference to you will probably be the level of pain on injection. I will say that if you decide you still want to use Sust, Geneza's is about as painless as it gets.
I didnt see any mention of what you would use for PCT, so let me break that down for you. Nolvadex, starting 2 wks after last test shot. 1 wk at 40mg, followed by 2 wks at 20mg.
When you say you're "a little older now", are we taking over 40? If so, a good daily dose of GH might be helpful in the long term. 2iu/day is considered a replacement dose. It'll promote overall health, muscle mass retention and fat loss. If you are youger though, you might want to hold off. Get some cycles under your belt and later, when you need to take it to the next level, consider taking 5-6iu/day for 5-6 months or longer, along with AAS. It isnt going to give the same amount of mass gain as AAS, but it will help make a decent difference when you have already developed your physigue.
