It all depends on your cycle expereince, but as a general outline, may be

T3, I would start with 25mcg and work up to 50mcg. I would go no higher than 75mcg and that I would only use for a short time
On Hyge, you will want to start with at least 2iu and it depends on what you are looking to get from them. If you want to see fat loss, 2-4iu. If you are looking for more size, 5+iu, Hyge makes a good gh and it's stronger than a lot of the generics out there. So you don't need quite as much as you may need with some other cheaper options
