Just like average guys in the gym, cycle vary. Some guys use a lot. Some use very little. I have it on very good word that some of the top guys use low HRT doses in the off season then ramp up to no more than a gram of test during prep, a moderate amount of tren, 100mg or less EOD and an oral at the end. Then there are some guys that use 4x that. Thing is, if you are meant to be a pro, you will not need much. You should be able to win a state level show on under a gram of test, thats for sure. If it takes more, you might want to question your goals. These guys are not built off of high doses. If they were, every guy on the national level would be pro. We all have access to the same stuff. The pros read the same shit you can read online. In fact, I would say its the no name guys that are using way more gear than the top level guys you would like to look like.
So my suggestion is, stay moderate and focus on maxing out your genetics through learning to train better and through better dieting practice. Believe it or not, those are the areas where most people suffer. It doesn't take much work to bang in a ton of gear, but it does take a lot of work to prep and eat 8 meals a day
