Not a fan of tren e as your first tren cycle. Side effects are harder to manage, if and when they come up. Ace is much easier to control. Still, here is how I would use it. Remember tren is a very powerful drug and with the long half life, it is goingot build much higher than with ace.

Tren E 300mg EW, split into 2 shots

adex .5mg as needed
