Hey bro, thanks for the help on my previous questioN. I had a cycle planned but never thought about anavar. I'm going to do the cycle you suggested with var, instead of tboL like I've been reading about. I'm in it for the long haul and straight gainz! I've made a lot of progress in the past 6 weeks "natty" but the back is still sore. Ive finally hit a 300# squat for a set of 6 again, but I'm afraid to see what I can do because my lower back burns after the squat but not as bad as when i do leg curls and straight legged dead lift. I can't do lunges because it'll drop me to my knees. You suggested that I beef up my physical therapy, but that's all weightless streches. Should o double it up when my gear comes in or can you suggest some exercises for me? Thanks you do much for your help bro!

I've gone in to have physical therapy at the sports medicine clinic near my home for various issues over the years, but often times now days, when I have a nagging problem and I can determine what is causing it, I'll go to youtube and find good ideas there. Between the exercises I learn online, rest, ART, and NSAIDs, I can usually rehab an issue myself. I'd suggest you look online at youtube to find exerices speficially geared toward therapy for your needs
