For males and felmales alike, I would always suggest the best quality you can afford. Hyge is a great brand with good prices. For a female trying to lose fat, I would start at 1-2iu ED and I would make a commitment of at least 4 months, ideally longer. The longer you use GH, the better results you will see. If you are doing fasted cardio in the morning, I would take it first thing in the AM for sure. If not, I would take it before training. My preferred method of injection would be IM using an insulin pin. If you aren't seeing fat loss progress, you may need to push a little harder with the diet. GH is great, but GH alone is not going to get you to your goals. Once you have the diet in order and you see that fat loss is moving along, maybe consider adding in some clen as well.
