There are lots of good options. The right diet is going to be the biggest factor. I could suggest 5 different cycles that would all produce no gains if the diet is tuned in. Or you could gain several lbs of lean keepable mass on those same cycles! So if you have things on track with your diet, have the training in order and are getting enough rest, IMO, an optimal mass gaining cycle might look like this

Sust 500mg EW
EQ 400-500mg EW
adex as needed for E control
1-6 Dbol 30-40mg ED
