    Hi I have a question regarding an upcoming cycle that I'm getting ready to begin. This will be my 1st legit cycle as ones done prior have been the young and dumb oral only type cycle. I'm 40 years old, 5'9 190 lbs and have been in the gym more or less for quite a while. Currently in the gym lifting 5 days a week while hitting cardio along with lifting 2-3 days a week for 30-40 mins. Diet is ok but could always be better. My cycle looks like this-Weeks 1-10 Test E 500 per weekWeeks 1-6 Dbol 30 EDWeeks 1-10 Anastrozole .5 EODNolva for PCT weeks 12-16I also have purchased clen and proviron and wasn't sure if either should be used during the cycle or if they more or less go against the cycle.Also after this cycle and if gains are what I'm looking for, the next cycle after recovery down time I was thinking of adding deca at 400 per week to the cycle listed above but running the test and deca longer for maybe 12 weeks.Any advice would be appreciated.

    sounds like everything is well thought out. you may find that the adex is a little on the high side. you'll have to play with that dose. Maybe start with .5mg 2 to 3x wk and see how you do. If you find you need more, you can always add it. Chances are, you'll need more while running the dbol vs after that portion of the cycle is over. If you want to add in prov at about 50mg a day, this will help bind with SHBG and leave more of your test free. Several wks into the cycle would be a good place to start the prov. I would leave the clen out. Really, its main benefit is to help burn cals while dieting and at this point of the game, you're trying to gain. Save it for when you decide to cut. On the next cycle, I would suggest that you add in HCG at 250iu 2x wk, as deca can shut you down pretty hard and at 40, you may have a harder time recovering than a younger guy. Better to be safe than sorry!
