    What pct will I run after a 16 week cycle of:Sus 500/weekDeca 300/weekNolvadex 20eodI have been getting different answers from others who ran similar cycles and one of them suggested I start my pct 10 days after last shot and start hcg 500ed for first 10 days then nolva40 week 2-3, then nolva20 week 3-4. Do you have a better suggestion or will this pct work?

    Sust and Deca have long half lives. They will require 3 wks to clear, before you can actually start recovering. There is no exact science to PCT, but here is what I would do. 

    Through the cycle,  would use HCG 250-500iu, 2x wk, stopping a few days before PCT. 

    3 Wks after last shots of Sust and Deca, take Clomid for 7 days at 100mg. Then 14 more days at 50mg
