If I were you, I would first work on the body fat. Sounds like your diet needs a lot of work. Spend some time shaving that % down, cleaning up the diet and doing cardio, along with your weight training program. Give yourself a target goal, say somewhere around 14%. That shouldnt be too hard. Then from there, if you wanted to run a cycle, you could focus on a clean transformation type cycle, where with the right diet, you can lose fat while adding muscle. This will require eating very clean and high protein, with moderate to lower carbs. A good cycle would be to do some test cyp or test e at 500mg with adex at .5mg 3x wk. I would run this for 12 wks. If you want to turn it up a little more, add in a little clen, starting at 40mcg in wk one and upping it by 20mcg every 2 wks through the cycle, going no higher than 120mcg total. You could also use a DHT based steroid for the 2nd part of the cycle, which would help you to tighen up more, say Anavar or masteron. something like this :
