Clen, yes, that will help get you leaner. There are several ways guys use it, but I'm going to tell you what works for me and the people I have worked with. Start at with 40mcg and then every 2 wks, add 20mcg, eventually, working to 120mcg and then stay there. Once you reach 100 mcg, you can add an evening dose of benadryl or ketotifen but not 100% needed.
