    i need some help put my cyple as well as my pct in order

    please i need some advice about my next second that i am about to take -i have test 400 , 10ml vial-Equipoise/Boldabolic 10ml/vial Injection 200 mg/ml -Anastrozole (Arimidex) 40 tablets (1mg/tab)-GP Nolva (Nolvadex)30 tablets (20 mg/tab)this is what i was thinking of dingtest twice a week ( 500mg/ml (250 everytime))which ganna give me 8 weeks , and do the EQ with it as well , 200mg/ml a weekand take Arimidex every other day during cycle and nolva for 4 weeks , but after the cycle is done by 2 weeks please let me knoe if this is good , if not help me plan it with what i have and also is it fine to monday, tursday monday test , and tursday test and EQ tgaderthank you so much

    I would save your EQ for another cycle. It sounds like you are new to gear and because of this, you would do well with a low dose of EQ, but that would be about 400mg EW for 12 wks. 200mg is not going to do anything. So just run your test and adex. You probably will not need that much adex on this cycle. I'd start with .5mg 2x wk, taken on injection days(mon and thurs is fine) and if you notice estrogen is high, up it to 3x wk. Then PCt will start 2 wks after your last injection, taking nolvadex at 40mg for a wk, then 20 mg for 2 wks. 

     

    1-10

    test 400 (200mg on monday, 200mg on thursday)

    adex .5mg 2x wk

    PCT starts 2 wks after last injection
