What you take on cycle and how much is going to depend on what the cycle is. I am going to assume that this is your first cycle and that you have been following along with the Q/A. If that is the case, you are running a test cyp or test e cycle at 350mg to 500mg EW for 10-12 wks. You want to use an AI on cycle, such as adex. .5mg 2-3 times a wk should be plenty for this cycle. Remember that when adding mass, you dont want to kill too much estrogen, as it may slow or stop your gains. You can also run HCG at 250mcg 2x wk through the cycle to keep from being shut down as hard, but this is optional. If you use this, remember to stop the HCG about 3 dys before you start PCT. Post cycle, you can use nolvadex at 40mg for 1 wk, followed by 2 wks of 20mg. When you start PCT will depend on your cycle. This will come down to the ester length of the steroid you used. If you are using test cyp or test e, you would start 2 wks after last injection.
