    Second Cycle Help adding in DECA for joint relief

    Hey big buddy! First off thank you for your help guiding me w my first cycle..Now this is my second cycle I ordered DECA 250. I was planning on running test-E 400mg aweek for 12 weeks and DECA at 200 mg a week for 11 weeks. Armidex.5 EOD then two weeks after my last shot start Nolvadex. Does this sound alright to you? And should I run the ARMIDEX through PCT? What doses should I run the nolvadex for? Appreciate your help in keeping Us novices safe..

    Looks like a good plan. Once you get to PCT, you can reduce the adex to .5mg a couple times a wk, just to help with estrogen control. As for Nolva dosing, 40mg for 7 days, then 3-4 more wks at 20mg, should have you covered
