    TRT compliment II

I greatly appreciate your response and after reading your answer it has become apparent to me that I am probably approaching this from the wrong direction. My initial idea about a possible “moderate” stack is based entirely around Tren being touted as highly effective and combined with my reasoning that a progression of dosing for successive cycles was a valid mode of progression. I had thoughts that 300 mg was a low dose based on recommendations for and from others. Which I see now was a pretty ignorant way to approach it. It seems now that the best way to utilize your expertise is to just tell you my deal. I am 29 years old, been training for ~12 years, currently 260 lbs and consistent range of 10-12% bodyfat at 6 feet tall. My growth had stagnated at 240 lbs for about a year until I got on HRT which has done wonders for both growth and low T symptoms that I had been dealing with for years. I have an interesting opportunity this coming summer to make a dedicated effort at growth because I will be accompanying my wife on an internship that she has in another state and will have little to do but cook, eat, train, and sleep. I am wanting to fully capitalize on this opportunity. I will have a full 12 weeks and would like to hear what you would do if your brain was in my shoes. Would there be any changes to your recommendations? Thank you again for your time and advice.

Hey brother, to be honest, I can't remember our previous coversation, but starting fresh here...first off, you sound to be a pretty big dude. Nice work. And it sounds like you have a great opportunity ahead of you here, to "live the dream". If overall lean muscle gain is your goal, I wonder how you would do, adding in something thats more anabolic like EQ? I would personally lean toward upping the test, adding some EQ and if you like tren, that could be an option. But really, I don't think I'm telling you anything you haven't already thought of or anything you haven't tried. So what about insulin? Insulin is a totally different direction that will make some good changes over a short period of time. It would be hard to explain everything here, to fill you in on all the knowledge you needed to know, but once you understand it, it can be used safely. The key is to use small doses and not let yourself get fat. Best time to use it is around your workout. I'd take it pre, after having had a carb and protein meal. Then drink an intra workout carb and EAA shake. Then a post workout protein drink, shortly after eating solid food. Here is how I use it, along with the doses and carbs I use

    11am 50g whey, 60g carbs from oats

    11:30 6iu Humalin R, 2iu GH

12:00 Begin training and sipping intra shake, 100carbs from HBCD, 25g EAA

2:00 Finsih Training, 50g whey, 60g carbs from oats

    2:30 8oz chicken, 1 cup rice, 1 can pineapple

    4:30 8oz chicken, 1 cup rice, 1 can pineapple

(if Im cycling IGF, I would take it at 12:00 right before training. If I were to use humalog, I would take it 15 min before training)

Over time, I may increase insulin to no more than 10iu

This may be too many carbs for some guys. For some, it might get them fat! But for me, it works. So I would adjust the numbers for your needs and remember that you need somewhere between 5-10g carbs for every 1iu insulin and always keep simple sugar around, in case you still go hypo. When you want to go more advanced, you can take 2 shots of slin a day.
