    Is HGH Safe Indefinitely?
    on: 2015-04-19 09:59:08
Basically my question is, can a healthy person inject reasonable amounts (lets say ~6IU) of GH daily for an indefinite period of time? If not, how long can a person remain on GH without any breaks (assuming they inject daily)? Also, if a break is in fact required, how long should that break last for? Another question (somewhat relevant)... If a person wanted to get baseline bloodwork done but was already on gear (in this case, HGH and only HGH), how many days (or months) would that person have to take a break from their injections in order to be confident that their test results would prove to be accurate baseline numbers? Once again, thanks for all of your feedback.

Good questions. I think that everything should be cycled. I have stayed on GH for more than 2 years at no less than 4iu of high quality GH a day. I probably won't be doing that again. Really, I think it would be best to take a couple months off every 10-12 months on. So a 6-8 wk break. Give your body a break from it and then when you go back on, I think it will have a little more punch again. If you are an older guy, maybe it would be best to stay on year round. But here is what I would do. Take that 6-8 wk break after a year and before you get back on, have your levels taken and see where you are. If you find that you are below normal, maybe for the future,  it would be a good idea to run a HRT dose instead of coming off totally.
