Lower back pain after left glute pin
    on: 2015-04-21 06:48:37
Im currently starting the 5th week of my first cycle 500mg test e a week. I split the dose into two pins 250mg every sun/wed everything has been fine until last pin in my left glute. I am using 25g 1.5 pins very sterile in my procedure. I just ran out of my first vial of test and took first pin for new bottle which was a new brand using the same pinning procedure i have been all was well until i woke up the next morning with lower back pain more specifically in my tail bone area and up my spine a few inches. I did nothing that day that could result in injury and after reading some threads on the topic got alot of mixed answers. Now my first question is could this be due to the new test brand being bunk or a bad batch? Secondly what course of action would you recommend? Thank you for your time in this matter

Different brands are made in different ways, using their own unique blend of solvents and oil. Some people don't respond as well as others to a specific solvent or oil. Also, the higher the Mg/Ml, the more likely it will be painful. So over dosed gear or high MG gear is more likely to be a problem.

So, yes, I can see how this can happen. I've had it happen. A shot can cause inflamation and this swelling can cause irritation in joints. In this case, it sounds like it might be the SI. I would take a NSAID like advil at 800mg and use some damp heat to loosen the area up and move fresh blood in, to help carry away waste.

If this gear tends to be painful, but it's good, you can always cut it with less painful gear, like a high quality EQ or Deca, or you can mix each shot 50/50 with sterile oil. This will help too. If you suspect that it's just poorly made gear, I would toss it and get some Geneza Test cyp or Test E. These are both top quality, smooth tests that are slightly over dosed but not very painful. If anything, I would say it is less painful than other brands I have used.
